Mentorship
What does a CareerRipple Mentor do?
Mentors are volunteers who are paired with and provide support to CareerRipple projects.Mentors can choose to support CareerRipple projects in a number of ways:
• Synchronously or asynchronously
• 30 min/week to as many hours as you'd like
• Anything from providing general guidance, reviewing work, assigning tasks, or even leading meetings or projects

What are the requirements to be a mentor?
3+ years of professional experience in your respective role
The ability to commit at least 30 min/week
No previous mentorship experience required, just a dedication to helping others grow!
