What does a CareerRipple Mentor do?
Mentoring with CareerRipple is an easy and rewarding experience!Mentors are volunteers who are paired with and support CareerRipple Projects by providing guidance over Slack and the occasional videocall, which takes only ~30 minutes per week on average.
What is a CareerRipple Project?

2 months long
Occur around the world on a topic chosen by co-leads
Teams of 2 co-leads and 4 non-leads

What is required to be a mentor?

3+ years of professional experience and evidence of expertise in your role

The ability to commit 30 min/week

No previous mentorship experience required, just a dedication to helping others grow!
